Even the classic file search feature is almost useless now. Never before in my life (and I started with W95) had so many random BSODs and bugs than now with Windows 10. I would love to hear what your experience has been with these programs, including any issues you have come across. (6) Transfer photos, videos, music and ringtones between devices and computer. (5) Import/export messages between computer and phone. (Can't do it from iCloud "Find my iPhone" is turned off.) (3) Erase all content from the dead phone. (2) Restore backups, especially an iTunes backup from a dead phone. IMazing apparently doesn't need iTunes at all, which is a plus. While iExplorer seems like a better deal price-wise, it does require iTunes to operate. Computers under the iExplorer licence can be registered or deregistered as needed, which makes it a true one-time purchase option. The iMazing licence is limited to the life of each registered device and cannot be transferred, so new devices will cost to add. The licence for iMazing appears to be based on the number of iOS devices you want to use it with, while the one for iExplorer is tied to the number of computers where it will be installed. I have tried out the free versions, and I like both interfaces. I would like to buy one of these programs as an alternative to iTunes for iOS management, and am looking for feedback from those of you who have bought the full version of either one. Update: I bought the 3-device iMazing licence and am very happy with the software, particularly the auto-backup feature, which gives me a better way to transfer photos to my computer than Apple's Photo Stream function.Įditing post for clarity, to keep it on topic /r/AppleMusic for discussion of Apple's music streaming service./r/iOSSetups for iOS wallpapers, setups, and apps./r/iPhoneXSMax for XS Max specific issues./r/AppleSwap if you want to trade devices!.Keep an eye on temporarily free or discounted apps on /r/AppHookup!.Your iPhone broke?
